This workshop will help you put some landmarks on your emotional landscape to better understand how you relate to emotions
We will explore the emotions that motivate you and your emotional habits.
The goal is to share 30 minutes of the lesson, worksheets will be included. Followed by 60 minutes of coaching.
You can receive live coaching and Q+A on your questions and hurdles.
