This content has been prepared and delivered by Shawna Scafe, Professional Counsellor, Trained Life Coach and founder of the Life on Purpose Academy and Simple on Purpose.
These lessons were delivered to the Life on Purpose Academy members for the month of April 2021. The LOPA was a monthly group coaching program for moms who want to show up for their lives with peace, presence and purpose.
In LOPA, these lessons are rounded out with regular group coaching calls, written coaching and Q+As. (The calls are not included in these lessons to honour the privacy of LOPA members. )
